We want you to love every item you order. Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order, we have a clear return and exchange policy to help you shop confidently.

All Sales are Final.

  • All sale and clearance items, personalized or customized items, and purchases made at in-person events or conferences are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We gladly accept requests for exchanges for sizing issues or manufacturer defects only, as long as:

  • You contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Your item(s) are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and free of stains, makeup, fragrance, or deodorant

Items returned after 10 days of receipt or showing signs of wear will not be returned or exchanged and will be disposed of.

How to Request an Exchange

1️⃣ Submit a Request
Complete our Contact Us form with your order number, details, and reason for exchange.
Do not return any items until your request is approved—we must confirm that your item is eligible and that we have the replacement in stock.

2️⃣ Ship It Back
Once your exchange is approved, you will receive our return shipping address.

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us.

  • We will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item(s) back to you.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost return packages.

3️⃣ Get Your Replacement
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected:

  • We will ship your replacement item(s) within 10 business days whenever possible.

  • If, for any reason, we are unable to provide a replacement within 10 business days, we will issue a store credit in the form of an e-gift card for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Condition Requirements

✔️ Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✔️ Must be in original packaging with tags attached
✔️ Must be free of stains, makeup, fragrance, and deodorant
✔️ Must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

❌ Worn, washed, or damaged items
❌ Personalized or customized items
❌ Sale or clearance items
❌ Items purchased at in-person events or conferences
