Custom Order Request

Whether you are ordering for a school, alumni group, reunion, organization, team or special event, we can help you create custom apparel designed specifically for your group.

Most custom group orders are now handled through a private online ordering page, making it easier for each participant to select their size, enter any approved customization and pay for their own order during a designated ordering window.

Custom Order Options

Option 1: Private Group Ordering Page

This is our most common custom-order process.

Once the design, pricing and order details are approved, we create a private product page for your organization or group. Your designated contact can share the link with participants, who will place and pay for their orders individually during the established ordering window.

This option works especially well for:

• Class reunions
• Alumni chapters
• Schools and teams
• Family reunions
• Greek-letter organizations
• Churches, clubs and community groups
• Events with participants ordering different sizes or quantities

The ordering page will include the approved product, available sizes, pricing, customization options, ordering deadline and estimated delivery timeline.

Option 2: Traditional Bulk Order

For organizations that prefer to collect sizes and payments directly, one person may place and pay for the complete group order.

A completed order spreadsheet and full payment will be required before production begins.

Lead Time

Custom apparel typically requires approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production and delivery after the ordering window closes and the final order is confirmed.

Timelines may vary based on the product, quantity, customization requirements, production schedule and shipping destination.

Please allow additional planning time for design approval and the group ordering period. If your order is connected to a specific event date, be sure to include that date in your inquiry.

Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum quantities vary by product and production method.

Many custom group products require a minimum quantity per design, garment style or color. Minimums will be confirmed during the consultation before the order page is created.

Individual custom orders may be available for select products.

Design Deposit

A nonrefundable $35 design deposit is required before custom artwork or product mockups are developed.

The deposit covers the initial design process and will be credited toward the final group order once the minimum order requirement is met and the order moves into production.

Additional design fees may apply for extensive revisions, multiple concepts or highly detailed original artwork.

How the Custom Order Process Works

1. Submit Your Inquiry

Complete the form below with information about your organization, product idea, estimated quantity and event or delivery date.

Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to place an order.

2. Consultation and Order Planning

We will review your request and contact you to discuss the product, design direction, estimated quantity, pricing, minimum requirements and timeline.

3. Design and Approval

After the design deposit is received, we will create the agreed-upon design or product mockup for review.

The group representative is responsible for confirming that all names, dates, colors, logos, wording and other design details are correct before final approval.

4. Private Ordering Page

For group online orders, we will create a private product page and establish an ordering window.

The organization or group representative is responsible for distributing the ordering link and communicating the deadline to participants.

Because production is based on the final orders received, the ordering deadline cannot always be extended.

5. Production

Production begins after:

• The ordering window has closed
• The minimum order requirement has been met
• All required information has been submitted
• The final order has been confirmed

Orders cannot be added, changed or canceled once production has begun.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on the confirmed production schedule.

Depending on the order arrangement, products may be shipped individually to each customer or delivered together to the group representative.
