We get officially licensed with HBCUs and Black Greek Letter Organizations when customer demand warrants it. If you don’t see your organization, please reach out! We may be able to add it in the future — or create a custom item just for you.

You’ll get a link to your Order Status page by email and/or text as soon as you place your order.
You can also log in to your customer account (if you created one at checkout) or track your order with the Shop app for real-time updates.
Many of our items are made to order, especially custom designs. Please allow at least 7–10 business days for production, plus shipping time.
If there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
We do not accept returns on sale items, custom items, or items purchased at in-person events.
We gladly accept exchanges for sizing issues or manufacturer defects within 10 days of delivery — please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
